Delivery Schedule
- Orders will be shipped within five business days after your purchase.
- Please note that no shipments are made on Saturdays, Sundays,
national holidays, and during the New Year holidays. - Orders placed after 12:00 PM (noon) will be processed the following
business day and shipped accordingly. - During peak seasons or when the shipping warehouse is closed (e.g.,
year-end holidays), delivery may take longer than usual. In such
cases, we will post a notice on our website—please check for
updates.
Shipping Fees
Enjoy free shipping on orders over ¥10,000 (tax included). For all other orders, shipping fees are as follows:

Due to the year-end and New Year holidays, our shipping warehouse will be closed.
Orders placed by 12:00 PM (noon) on December 26 will be shipped on the same day; however, orders placed after 12:00 PM (noon) will be shipped sequentially starting from January 5.
Please note that shipping operations will resume on January 5, but delivery delays may occur.
In addition, inquiries regarding products will also be responded to starting from January 5.
