How can I request a return?

What is the maximum time frame for returns?
Returns are generally accepted within one week of receiving the item.
What are the terms and conditions for returns?
Returns are accepted if the order number can be confirmed, the product tags are intact, and the item is found to be defective.
What is the cost of a return?
In cases where the return is due to customer preference, the shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
When and how will I receive the reimbursement?
Initiation of Refund:
Once the returned item has been confirmed, the refund will be processed using the original payment method (such as credit card, Shopify Payments, PayPay, etc.).
Refund Processing Time:
The time it takes for the refund to appear varies depending on the payment method. For details regarding the refund, please contact your credit card company or payment provider directly.
What items are not valid for returns?
If the item is not defective, returns may be declined in cases where it has been worn, washed, or the product tag is missing.
As a general rule, we do not accept returns except for size exchanges.
Can I exchange an item?
Size exchanges are possible; however, please note that we will first check the condition of the returned item, and we may decline the exchange if it does not meet our return criteria.
